Starting Slow in Food/Nutrition

My face is starting to break out again. Like it hasn’t since before I was pregnant. I noticed it last month and now it seems to fall in line with my periods again. Dammit! I am sure my sugar consumption hasn’t helped though, so there are a few changes that I am instituting immediately.
I fell right back into my Starbucks pattern after my weight loss challenge. Well I shouldn’t say RIGHT away, but by the beginning of May, I was back at it. So 2 months. That’s ending starting tomorrow. I will only go if someone asks me to be social (which is maybe once a week), and then I will get a small instead of a medium. And no bakery items AT ALL from there or any other coffee shop.
No getting lunch unless someone asks me (which happens maybe 1-2 times a month.) I need to pack my own lunch and snacks. If I’m hungry once all my packed food is gone, I need to DRINK WATER.
Drinking at least 4 bottles of water a day. Realistically it should be like 8, but I know how terrible I am with this, so I need to start small and not lose motivation. I try not to drink Body Armor Lyte, even though 1) I always have it on hand, and 2) it would be 10x better for me than Starbucks. If I even just drank one of those a day. Sometimes I swear I only drink like 16 ounces of water a day. Basically just to wash down whatever sweets I have.
So those are my short term goals. We’ll reevaluate at the end of the week and see how it went. I would bet money that my complexion vastly improves just from that.
