1 pork chop (w/ brown sugar, apple cider glaze)
3 servings of noodles
1 serving of green beans

1 Strawberries & Cream instant Oatmeal

LUNCH
2 servings of turkey breast
1 serving of sweet potatoes
1.5-2 servings of green beans

1 serving of Caramel Delites girl scout cookies (2 cookies)
DINNER
1 plain cheeseburger
DESSERT
1 serving of Epicure chocolate pudding
NOTES
Ughhhh. Rough few days at work. I’m looking forward to being home this weekend. Going to eat my eggs, toast, organic peanut butter, almond butter, bananas, and my homemade hot chocolate.
I have a few more Epicure desserts that I could try. I bought them because they are healthier than most desserts. Their chocolate pudding only has 8 grams of sugar per serving whereas the average chocolate pudding has 25 grams. I’m getting tired of only eating organic dark chocolate. I have chocolate muffins that I could make and morning glory muffins. Maybe I’ll do that at some point.
