BREAKFAST
2 pieces of whole wheat toast
2 eggs

LUNCH
5-6 ounces of chicken
1.5 red potatoes (3 halfed pieces)
2 servings of peas
1 serving of 85% organic dark chocolate

DINNER
1 spoonful of chocolate custard
1 plain cheeseburger

I was 127.8 pounds this morning. I do my weigh-in and measurements tomorrow morning. So excited!

I honestly felt that I could’ve gone without the “dinner”. I wasn’t even hungry. I was just going to make a bag of vegetables. But I needed the calories for breastfeeding. I didn’t have anything pulled out to make, and I didn’t want to eat anything I had already had.

I almost got the cod, but they are 3 huge pieces, probably a serving a piece. I knew I would end up overeating. We went to a local burger joint. It’s a family owned place - they have much better quality food than McDonalds or Burger King. NOT that I’m excusing going there. Just saying.

I did take C to McDonalds earlier and went home and heated up that chicken and potatoes, and boiled the peas for myself. Not that that was a huge accomplishment, because I haven’t eaten McDonalds for many years.
