BREAKFAST
1 piece of whole grain bread
1 egg
2 servings of brussel sprouts drizzled with a small amount of honey
LATE LUNCH/EARLY DINNER
1 cup of loaded potato soup
8 breaded jumbo shrimp
SNACK
2 cups of homemade hot chocolate
NOTES
We went out to eat for our Christmas on my mom’s side. I wanted to order a baked potato with my shrimp, but they didn’t have any today. They only had an assortment of fries. I ordered waffles fries, but I did not even try one. It did help that the soup of the day was loaded potato, so J figured that was enough potato for me.
I ate the soup and felt fine. It was about 15 minutes after that my shrimp came. And I was SO FULL by the time I finished eating them. It just reminded me how large many servings are. They are usually 2-3 ACTUAL caloric servings. But people just eat whatever is on their plate and don’t pay any attention to their full cues.
I stayed up way too late again tonight, but I did prep my food to take to work tomorrow. I even made hot chocolate to take. I have 2 different food options pulled out for dinner too. I’m all set.

NOTES
I’m very proud of my results. This is pretty good for not working out at all. Probably won’t be good enough to ultimately win the $600, but I am going to do everything I can to make up for my inability to do cardio. While still hoping that something will work out and I’ll be able to go to the gym on my work lunches.
