They also have big heads. This bean had a 15” head at birth. I still have diastasis recti, which is separation of the abdominal muscles, and (tmi!) trouble holding in elimination. These are caused by pelvic floor dysfunction which in turn, is caused by the pelvic bones being flared after birth. Kid broke my butt, in other words 😂🥲

Probably worth it, though. I mean look at her.

Gotta go to a pelvic floor specialist, now. Debating whether I’ll actually go or not. I’m not sure how it’s going to work out with 2 kids- one who runs off and gets into everything and one who is currently attached to me 24/7. I guess I’ll call the referred physical therapy place and see if it’s possible for them to accommodate me. If not my Dr said yoga really helps… So maybe I’ll look into that.
