Well.
They can’t do anything about my hands. I mean, I can have surgery for the carpal/ulnar issues, but that’s it. And I cannot afford surgery or the recovery time. So I’ll just be miserable for the rest of my time here.

My nose seemed to fix itself after I made the appointment, of course. Still changed up my allergy meds to cheaper shit.

Increased my Bupropion for the depression, which is what I wanted. No other changes for now.

I go back next week for a follow-up to make sure I’m not going to jump off the bridge.

Pam got me some neat stuff for my birthday. A fancy alarm clock that Beatrice thinks is going to kill us, therefore decided to bark and growl at it when it went off this morning. A screaming goat is fine with her, but don’t come near us with a gentle glowing light and soft music! And an Amazon Halo (like a fitbit) that Bea thinks is her collar when it vibrated this morning causing her to jump off the bed thinking she did something wrong.

Screaming goat it is, then!

Oh! And shower steamers that I forgot about this morning when I took my shower. I need to throw some color in my hair at some point today so I’ll toss one in then.

The Halo told me my sleep was “fair” last night. Almost six hours total, which is cool. 38 minutes of REM, 4 hr 26 minutes light sleep, and 50 minutes of deep. I don’t remember any dreams.

Going to try to use the app to be healthier. Try. I honestly suck at shit like this. Doesn’t matter how much I want to do well, I get tired of it all and say “fuck it” pretty quick. So I picked out a decent sounding, totally different, vegan, recipe for supper tonight that I will probably hate after tasting it, and hopefully will do some kind of exercises throughout the day. I only have the daycare today, so I can’t use the whole tired from work excuse.

See ya.
