Back To The Doc in Hello

My left knee is swollen like a softball. I’ve had a tendonitis flare up before but never this bad. The topical gel the doc recommended isn’t working neither is ibuprofen. I’m gonna have to go back and demand a steroid shot or something. It really hurts tonight.

The insurance adjuster got in touch with me last week. The remaining $1.9k of what I owe will be taken care of from the money I’ll be getting back from the accident. Now that I’ve got my ducks in a row, I’m not having daily panic attacks anymore.

One step at a time.

Technically it’s Monday so I have 7 days sober.

I’ve alienated a lot of people this time around so this week has been a quiet one. My own fault.
