Happy New Year. Im doing a bit of work today. We have a new person starting tuesday and we need to get our playlist orientation videos ready. I can only upload 10 per day, So I have to upload over the weekend. We have 80 total videos. But If i can get the 30 or so first ones up, then by the time he gets here to do videos on say Wednesday, I should be a good 10 or so ahead of him. Our training videos range from 5 minutes to 15 minutes long lol. So I really do have to stay ahead of him getting them uploaded. We argued back and forth to the last minute about how to do the videos without access to our original you tube account. We cant access it as owner, Just as managers. So I created an entire new one which im uploading. Ive got videos from yesterday and today going.
I have the next four videos downloading from the old channel to upload to the new youtube channel. As long as I get him going. And its funny because he will take a break from watching videos, But its to do work with me. So I cant use those breaks to upload and get ahead of him. I really have to get ahead now.

We have been getting a couple eggs, Very minimal. Sucks. Once we get a new run up. I am going to program a light for 3 or so hours after dark to keep them producing more through winter. But look at these two eggs haha. We have a mini, a regular, and two double yolk eggs. They are massive!

I think my yearly resolution is to continue much like I have. Trying to make my home life better. With more dedication to my family, and focusing on the things that make me happy. I do not want to try to force to do things that do not make me happy. Going to work makes me happy. My work hours do not, but finacially and work load requires me to work those hours haha. Im aiming for more knitting and spinning. More books, less games lmao. Selling a bit of my knitwear, either on etsy or wherever. I spoke a bit with a local shop and she indicated that handspuns do not sell well in the shop. As expected. So I need to think of something else. One day ill live the cottage life :)

Happy new year. Here is to reasonable resolutions
