Better in 2022

Maybe talk (or write, in my case) therapy is working for me? Maybe it’s the GLAD exercises, which I haven’t been great about posting here but I’ve been working on every day are more effective than I thought they’d be?
I don’t know what happened, but something flipped a switch in me and I feel as light as air today. I’m downright giddy, not held down by worry or paranoia or depression or my everyday feeling of impeding doom.
I don’t know what it is, or how long it will last - but I’m loving it right now.
