9 1/2 Hours in Hello

Till my dentist appointment.

I managed some sleep late this afternoon. Fell asleep during the last thirty minutes of a four episode storyline on my show. Will have to look it up later.

My goal of not leaving the house today was a success. The way I’ve been hurting it’s just best to not move much.

Finally finished Mutiny On The Bounty. The epilogue was heart breaking. Mr. Byam made it back to Tahiti at the age of forty to learn his wife had died three months after he was taken prisoner by the British for his role in the mutiny. I’ve started Ambrose Bierce’s Tales Of Soldiers And Civilians And Other Stories. Short story collection dealing with the topic of the Civil War. As I’ve written before, my town had a large presence during the war and I could probably give guided history tours of the downtown area.

I figure I’ll do what I did last time I had dental work done; take a pain pill, start a story or TV show and be asleep in an hour.

Imma see if we can do chicken and dumplings tomorrow night or soup or something soft and liquid. Anyways, I’m getting tired. ✌
