I am A Junk Food Junkie in Help Me Please

The shopping trip yesterday was a good one. We didn’t get much fruit or vegetables because the prices were more then what we wanted to spend. But we did get the very basics. So I am happy with that. And we did get some good deals on the meat so now we can actually eat some good meals.
Last nights dinner wasn’t all that great. Hubby had some sort of frozen thing that was heated up in the microwave and some left over Chinese food. And I wasn’t feeling all that great because I was eating chips and cookies and when I went to bed I continued eating them so today I am not feeling all that great and I woke up with a headache. But soon I will take something for it and it should be gone within about two hours.
I have found depending on what I eat in a day is determined how I feel. I do know if I don’t eat fruit that I am sluggish because I always go for the things that have salt and carbs and empty calories. I should know not to do this but then I get the attitude that I just don’t care. I know I need to eat properly to feel better and to be happier. My mood seems to have a lot to do with what I eat.
I wish I was one of those people who could eat everything and anything and still maintain my weight. But my issue is portions I never seems to get them where they need to be. My mom tells me all the time to use a measuring cup and I always say I should but then I always think the utensil I am using will work just the same but it doesn’t.

Onto something else…

It looks like tomorrow I will be dropping off my fit test to the lab and maybe getting my hair cut and then going to one of my favorite stores to get my new glasses done.
