So it’s been almost 48 hrs. since i had a migraine. yeah it was sun. 3 a.m. omygod. i took some ibuprofen but that didn’t help. so then i went to sleep which. helped. i mean it wasn’t severe pain but it didn’t go away either. except w/ sleep. i don’t know if i’ve ever had one before and if i have. i never knew that’s what it was. on sun. at the arts fest i had. this cherry italian ice which omygod. it did wonders. worked, wonders that is. i also had chai at this new coffee place, aviano’s by my mom’s which also helped. and. i got matai kofta which. apparently spicy foods don’t help. i decided not to get red wine at the arts fest cause i wasn’t sure. did ok w/ choc. milk i got from whole foods.
sun. night i got sick. a bit, outside of walgreen’s. yeah the bumpily bus ride did not help the nauseau. apparently cold didn’t help either but heat did...............omygod. heat. i used these thermacare things. and. so on sun. apparently i had a migraine hangover. however. slept so well yesterday. and i usually don’t. yeah migraines suck as those who’ve had one know. omygod. and i hope that’s the only one i’ll ever have but i don’t know. now i’m on the lookout.
holy crap. a migraine.
so. at the arts fest..........um. fri. i got sunburnt. [and yes that’s a correct term.]. on my nose one of the few parts of me that isn’t covered. i’m it’s ok now.
right so on...........um. thurs. i had dental work done. i um. right i got the top 2 teeth back put in again. by a new dentist. [well. she’s new to me. dr. melissa she was. ok she’s filling in for dr. c my usual dentist who. is on vacation. the nice Polish lady.]. well they haven’t fallen out yet again since so. oh but my left jaw was sore untill like sat., sun. which is new. it’s been awhile since i was sore from dental work last time was in. um sept. i think. it’s bc they used a stronger type of cement [yes they use cement in dental work] and. therefore it um. .......... oh i know. caused more pressure and therefore more soreness.
