Home invasion in broad daylight in Questions

My wife and I stepped outside to go get a load of laundry and our apartment manager was out talking to one of our neighbors with a bunch of police officers.

She was the victim of a home invasion today.
In broad daylight.

This isn’t helping my growing paranoia for what’s to come tonight.

I fucking wish we could move.

This used to be such a quiet little neighborhood
