so. I had heat exhaustion last wk. I’m better now. I’ll put more details when ready. probably.
PFD or, pelvic floor dysfunction which I have. Basically. It means my um. pelvic floor doesn’t work as well as that of some others’ [since apparently men can have it as well.]. I haven’t processed it.
