RIP Uncle Don in Hello

Haven’t seen him in a few years. Dementia set in and he declined bad over the last two years.

He was 76.

As soon as aunt Claudia announced it was her over the phone, I knew.

I’ll forever cherish the Christmas get togethers where he would tell dad jokes and entertain the kids. Uncle Bob would be there (diabetes did him in) and I don’t remember if uncle Miles would be there, always saw him at the family reunions. But it was always fun to see Papa with his brothers just showing no matter what age you are, you’re siblings will always have jokes or embarrassing stories from life and that’ll never get old.
