Half the lopsided community garden plot this morning. I am growing seedlings to fill in the holes.
I received an assignment to write an essay about reading Walt Whitman when I was a teenager from a quite well known local English professor and poet on Sunday after the Zoom communal reading of parts of Song of Myself.
It is Whitman’s birthday today. 203? 204? Something like that.
