I tackled the majority of the things that I had been procrastinating. My anxiety should subside a little bit now.

I finally got around to making homemade laundry detergent. My eczema hasn’t acted up yet this season. Spring and fall are when it acts up. After the trauma of having a reaction to scented Epsom salts, I am conscious about what I put on my body. For the most part. I could look into the cause of this issue, it’s likely a deficiency of some sort. I didn’t have this problem before I got talked into taking Twinrix. All my issues started after that. I have been meaning to find a terrain doctor.

I also got around to making that DMSO hair treatment. DMSO is a byproduct of the wood industry. It is sulphur that comes from trees. It is the sulphur that makes the wood so strong. It is also transdermal so I have to be extra conscious about what I put on my body. It will take everything with it as it seeps into my skin. There is no silver bullet in health but DMSO is pretty up there. It can perform a lot. Also, nobody can be allergic to it. However, it can mix with other things which can cause a reaction. It can also burn you if you don’t dilute it. I’m a little intimidated but I will try it today. I have to use organic shampoo for the reason I mentioned earlier. I’m nervous but it will be okay.

I also started to get my ducks in a row to file my taxes. I know that it is optional but I will have to know what I am doing if I am to opt-out. I will aim for that next year if I am alive and not in a gulag.

My heart doesn’t feel so heavy today. My depression made me sleep quite a bit last night. Also, Toni went into work today so I got to have this place to myself. I got to do my coffee enema and soak in the tub with Epsom salt. That’s what it takes for me to have a decent day, apparently.

I’m still trying to detox from politics. I can’t remain completely ignorant of course. So Trudeau signed us on for digital ID’s with the World Economic Forum. I can’t believe that we still have to convince people of the new world order at this point. They are absolutely defunct and not worth anybody’s time. Not everybody is invited to this NWO, just 10% of us. There is this old sinister saying that if you wanted to rid the world of idiots just remove all the warning labels. That is where we are. These idiots still believe that the news is telling them the truth. We can’t save them.

Anyway, I don’t have much else to do at this second. My hands feel some type of way from cleaning up after making that hair treatment. I don’t want to overthink it. Whatever. I will look into other recipes for other uses for that DMSO. I didn’t realize that once I opened the bottle of preservative-free aloe vera juice it had to be used up in 30 minutes. What a waste, I should have got the small bottle. I will remember that for next time.

I will cab to work tomorrow. Linda, the coworker I pick up on my way to work, will split that cab with me. I will call the shop and decide when I will bring in my car. I am mentally prepared to take the bus for a little while. It’s not a big deal. Alright, on with my evening.
