Peppers. We stuffed them, the peppers, the hot ones we had to put baggies on our hands in order to open them, discard the seeds and then fill with the creamy cheese, cilantro and onion that made them mellow enough to eat. We took them to the grill, we turned up the flame, and then i put them in your mouth, and savored the heat.
