Doesn't Matter? in Help Me Please

Have you ever heard of the saying, “I am Not going To Die On This Mountain?”
I have been using this for years and it really works especially if something that is petty.
When i was at my lowest there was way too many people and events that made me so mad that I yelled at everyone. but then a friend of mine actually asked me if I want to die on that mountain and she had to explain what that meant. Once I understood the meaning I had decided that some things and some people are just not worth caring about or even helping. Especially all the toxic people I had to let go in my life.
But for the most part the only things that I will die on a mountain for is those I actually care about and think are wroth saving. But for the most part I have the attitude of just not caring one way or the other.
This is a good way to get out of depressions and once you realize that whatever it is is just not worth the aggravation or the time you seem to start to feel better and to start caring more about you and then you can work on you and use different tools to get back into life and have fun.
There are really only two things in this life to care about…Death and taxes because they are the last thing we all have to do at some point in our life. Everything else is important but we have no control over them or it.
I think if we can have total control then it’s worth caring about and then we can actually fix it or say something about it.
Onto something else....
Today I will be doing the regular domestic things I do when hubby is at work and to make sure that this place is running like it needs to be. Now only to do the list I have and been procrastinating so it’s time to get some of it done. I just need to pick a room and get it done.
Todays dinner I think will be fish and French fries or roasted potatoes and some sort of vegetable maybe zucchini. For some reason I seem to have a lot of that and broccoli. I think I forgot I had some when I went grocery shopping the other day.
The fish we really like is something called haddock it’s a white fish and it has some weight to it and it even tastes pretty good for a white fish. I am still looking for that perfect fish recipe and each time we do eat it the taste seems to get better.
Onto something else....
I have made a realization and that is I can not eat three meals a day because I feel like I have over eaten and I feel just really gross. it’s not what I eat it’s just that having all that extra stuff in me makes me a lot more tired and I don’t want to do much. so what I need to do is going back to the way I was eating before. Just snaking all day on fruit and then eating dinner and not eating one day a week. I actually felt a lot better when I do that and I seem to have more energy.
Onto something else....
Well, it’s that time where I need to stop and do other things for this Tuesday.
