Last night and tonight I got a craving for the bottle. Stop drinking Sub Reddit helped plus I ask myself why? Why drink? What’s the outcome? Like, i wanna get drunk without the consequence. The sickness, dehydration etc…

Not worth it. Instead I’m watching Dr. Pimple Popper (why not) and slurping down an Icee. Mom says I’ve started chain smoking. Yeah…between being at home bored and not boozing it up my tobacco intake has increased.

Monday I start the new job so that’ll help curb the smoking some. I’m excited for the new job (kinda) but I’ve enjoyed the time off. I’ve read a lot, have been cooking more, caught up on daily chores so much that even if there is like a plate, glass and silverware in the sink I’ll stop and wash it.

The job is a day shift position. After working nights for like the last decade this is a needed adjustment. We’ll see how it goes.
