Went overboard in keeping it postive

at Trader Joe's
I haven't been there for a few weeks (at least) and although I had a list, I kept seeing (and remembering) all sorts of other items I wanted. I actually broke down and bought only two "junk" food items: the dried pea pods - salty, greasy, TASTY; and stuffed grape leaves... Of course I ate both as soon as I got home.
I got some cat food - we'll see if the animal will actually EAT it. I bought their chicken chili in a can - great to have around for emergencies... also the packaged Indian food - for the same reason. I bought two and three pound bags of white and sweet potatoes. Ah, and the Fage yogurt - 0% fat, plain - it's only $1.59 at TJ's and MUCH more in my neighborhood if they even carry it.
They finally had cauliflower - cut up in a bag. I find that a whole cauliflower is just too much for one person. I get tired of it before it goes bad... then it goes bad. Even though the bags are much more expensive, they're worth it since I don't have to throw any out.
I also bought two large bottles of flavored "sparkling water" - seltzer to me. I am sure there was more... it WAS heavy... and all that was less than $50! I am a happy camper.

I eat raw cauliflower. I prefer to buy a whole one and cut them up.

I hate the cutting for cauliflower and a whole head gives so MUCH that I am sick of it in a short time - eating it every meal for a couple of days... eh
