cactus & shed in Second 1st

So, I didn’t plan on an entry this morning but.... I finished a thing I made.... so picture…

cute right? This is a left over container from that white chocolate hazelnut spread I got awhile back (I’ve got 3 more) $1 rocks and an afternoon of crochet. After looking up some comparative items I think I’ll attempt to sell this for $10.... will post sometime this week.... I don’t know....
This week… yesterday Rocky asked if I and anything planned for today. Oddly today had no specific plans.... just like things we should handle this week sometime. #1 taxes- I think we’ve got all our papers… the sooner we get them filed the sooner we get money back… or not.... #2 tags… for this month the van is due on renewing tags. As of the first of the year emissions testing in our area is officially over so no need to worry about that BUT we still need to go down to the clerks office and pay our fee .... this year we get new plates too so a screwdriver will have to be involved. #3 At 10ish I got a call about our new shed.....

Scheduled delivery for new shed-9-10 am tomorrow! That’s exciting.... BUT there is potential for a ton of work to be done today. We need a 16ft clearance through the driveway.... we have a chain link fence. There is also make shift workbench and some junk in a dead area of the driveway (between the steps to the side door and the end of the paved area into the back yard) that needs to be cleaned up. The van is currently empty and after getting the shed built most of that will just be dump worthy anyway.... so, if it doesn’t make the 16ft. clearance it will go in the van. IF there is 16ft from one side of the drive to the other we will need to spend the day removing the fence on that side.

Hopefully.... after Rocky’s up (in shower now 11:07am) we will measure the drive and decide what the day will bring.
