So I’m at my rental property the other day.-..
Before I get into that, I recently learned that I was actually left handed but they ‘taught’ me to be right handed in kindergarten.
This explains alot of my backwards, dyslexic, and “retarded” tendencies and thought processes.
I don’t think it improved my handwriting much, either.
Anyway, I was at my rental property the other day and I found my friend’s dads yearbook from HS. It made me feel something. Not regret, but this feeling like it actually would’ve better to leave something behind other than 4 years of plain mugshot-tier photos.
I think it was seeing all the signatures in his yearbook.
One really stood out to me, it was on a page featuring some highlights from the schools football team, and one of the players wrote in the margin of the page:
“This is one of very FEW sober moments. Save this picture.” I couldn’t read the rest of it, or make out if his number was 30 or 80.
I just thought that was kind of surreal, how someone could pour that out when everyone else is saying “BRAHH CLASS OF SEVINTY FUCKIN NINE MAN PAAAARTAY”.
Then you’re moving and you find that old yearbook and you wonder how they’ve been.
I’ve said it before, man, and I’ll say it again

If I could go back in time and visit any decade, brother, it’d be the 70’s.
Stay groovy and far out. [you are now imagining me as greg brady’s johnny bravo]
