it's Over in Help Me Please

And the one day that is left is the New Year and then that will be it for a few months till the next feast.
My turkey turned out a bit dry but hubby said it will be really good in sandwiches with lots of mayonnaise, And my so said he really liked it and ate it all from his plate and was stuffed.
So dinner turned out to be better then what I had originally thought.

The brother in law and sister in law came by and we exchanged gifts. She really liked mine and thanked me and he liked his and we liked ours.
And of course the snow stayed and this morning it looks like more came and it’s a 17.6 which is -8 for the metric. And it feels cold and I know it will get colder as the week goes on. I am not sure what the roads are like but I don’t need to go anywhere so I don’t need to know.
And my son is leaving tomorrow so I hope it will be okay for him to get home and won’t take three hours. And after tomorrow hubby gores back to work till the 31st and then he starts his holidays.

Onto something else....

Today I am going to try to get some laundry done and cut the turkey so I can give some of it to my son to take home with him. And the rest I will just keep for hubby and maybe create some dinners with it. But I really don’t like left over anything except for spaghetti sauce, meat loaf and lasagna. And they all have to be hot when I eat them.
And for dinner I am thinking pork chops and rice and a vegetable.
And yesterday I did not devata from my eating plan so I think I will either stay at the same weight I was yesterday or lose a half an ounce and I didn’t eat any treats but I sure was tempted.

Onto something else.
