busy and boring in Hi This is Kat!

I have been busy doing yard work. Most of you do not know me but the OD people do…
I have been working the polls..... not the poles for the people with their minds in a gutter lol
Easy work and fun… some how I get talked into helping at the early polls… lots of great people so it is not too bad

replacing the ugly carpet in my family room I have been putting this off for years because we cannot match the existing floor in the nook and kitchen and that is pretty much a continuous room… two 3rds of it is open… so we are going totally different wood and running it the other way and I have a gorgeous Persian rug that will cover a lot of the room

my friend Jojo looks kinda bad lately… Mark says she looks slightly yellow… I do not think so. She is in the last stages of cirrhosis. she is my very best friend so this weighs very heavy on my mind and we do so much together she is a huge part of my life

My sweet grand baby is going to be two in July! so hard to believe… if you wanna see pics of him go to OD as I post a lot of pics there

it has been a cold spring everything is slow to grow. everything is pink, white, yellow and purple in bloom! I adore the colors in spring I get such a feel good feeling
