Getting Used To Being A Looser in Help Me Please

Well another 1.2 pounds gone so that means about 20 more to go then all those size 8 jeans will be on me and not in my closet or on my shelf or in my drawers.
I can start to feel my ribs and see my jaw line and I can almost see my belly button not be round so all of me is going back to the way my body should be. There are some days where I wish I could just wake up and be the weight I want to be and never gain it back but I know those days are long gone. But the way |I am loosing this weight this time is going to be the right way and I am not starving myself or not eating what I want. The thing people do when they are trying to loose weight is give up foods that they really like and there is no reason to do that. if you have like a 1/4 of a cup of whatever then you have had your taste and you can continue on and not feel deprived. it’s all about portion size and getting what you want to make you happy. There are a lot of things that I don’t eat and that is because I choose not to eat them like cookies and cakes and pies and most anything with high amounts of sugar and salt. And I also don’t drink any juice of any kind because when you drink those your body is not working hard enough to digest whatever is in that drink. The harder your body has to work the more weight you will loose because by the time your body is done you feel a lot fuller and more satisfied. But the one thing I am still not doing is moving more and I am telling myself that eventually I will have to but for the time being I am not. But then no matter where I am walking to I am very slow and so I need to be alone or I will be running to keep up and then I will get too tired to continue. So i figure slow and steady and then I will get to the end and then I can turn around and come back a little bit faster. But the truth is you use just as much energy going up and then going down so it can be considered a good form of exercise. And going up stairs also uses the same amount of energy as it does going down stairs, but then we always think it’s easier going down.
Onto something else.....
I tried to contact my son yesterday to see what his plans were then to tell him not to come because we are suppose to be getting something like 150 mm of rain in some parts of B.C. but he hasn’t contacted me yet so I am thinking he has something else to do today like his responsibilities of cleaning and cooking. So next week I will try contacting him but I just hope we don’t get flooded out with all this rain.
Onto something else....
