If you Think About It.... in Help Me Please

We really don’t have any time where we can just sit and do nothing except watch the idiot box and listen to music. We are always going somewhere or doing something for someone else and that is not right. And if you have children then you are really screwed because for the next 20 years your life is dedicated to them so they can grow up and be on their own and be independent. And even after they leave you still have your pets and your significant other to look after them so when is it you get to just do nothing? or just do for yourself? Oh and of you work then you are working for someone else unless you are lucky enough to work for yourself and own your own company.
But then we always tell ourselves that we are also doing for us because we like how clean things get and the unfortunate thing is that it never stays that clean.
Onto something else....
That de-worming stuff that is for horses that people think it will help Covid are not reading the instructions and are getting more sick then Covid because that stuff is used by weight of the horse and people are using the wrong amount and also it’s for getting rid of worms. So unless you have worms and your doctor has said you need this stuff why are you taking it?
And it looks like that Mu variant is a thing of the past and it kind of did it’s thing and now has left or gone dormant.
And I think this year is probably a good year to be getting the flu shot because the Covid has some of the same symptoms as the flu and then you won’t be as sick.
Onto something else....
Today is Friday but then everyday is Friday if you think about it because we still do the same thing as we did yesterday and the day before and like I said before there really is no such thing as a weekend. is there anyone who wakes up and has to figure out what day it is? Do you get it right or do you have to look at a calendar? I do both because looking at the calendar I know for sure what the date is also and I can see if I have any appointments to go to or places to go and people to see. And for dinner hubby gets left overs and I am not going to eat just have liquids and coffee and see if I will loose more weight this week.
And it looks like on Sunday hubby and I are going to go do some grocery shopping so we have fruit and vegetables cause all we got now is onions, garlic and potatoes and apples and two bananas that are more then a week old. But I do have frozen vegetables and frozen blueberries so there is that but I like to have the fresh stuff just because it looks so pretty with all the colors.
They say that the Mediterranean Diet is the best only because it is mainly fruits and vegetables.

But I actually prefer the weight watchers plan because it’s very similar to all the diets out there and everything you do eat is in moderation and even if you have had/have medical issues you can still use weight watchers and loose weight. But the trick to any weight loss is to move more so your body can metabolize what it eats. I need to do that but I prefer to walk and so far I am lucky if I go for a walk once a week. But the more weight I loose the easier it will be for me to walk at a faster pace, because right now it takes me about 30 minutes to walk two miles up hill and then down hill so I am working on walking a bit faster up hill. And I am finding the more weight I loose I get less tired and not stopping while walking which is good thing.
I will know tomorrow if I have lost 27 or 28 pounds.
Onto something else.....
Well I need to stop here, my brain is not working too fast so I need to get more coffee down me.
