Water in Help Me Please

Was and Is dripping in my laundry room in a corner near the window and it made a big mess so far. I think it’s stopped but I do have a feeling that it will get worse.
The thing I don’t get and probably never will is why when something like this happens it’s not fixed. I told the land lady to take the wall apart and look at what damage there is but she didn’t do that because she figured the water came from outside. Well she did fix that I think but the wall is still black and it hasn’t gotten any lighter and now this water. I just hope it’s not any worse.
I really hate it when things don’t work right and they always need to be fixed and eventually there is no more fixing and it has to be replaced which will cost more money they just to fix it years ago.
Like when I got my new to me dishwasher the landlady didn’t put it in properly and told me it needs some sort of straps that was three month ago. And I have a closet that has the water tank in it and the furnace and the door is stuck and I can not open it. I have just stopped telling her about most stuff because she always takes her time to fix it so I figure when she is down here for another reason I will tell her about everything then. The funny thing is she tells me to tell her but yet she just waits and procrastinates getting it fixed.
I just think that if something needs fixing why not fix it right the first time so there can be many more years of use before the motors go out or the walls rot. This is why I prefer to get new stuff so there is a warrantee just incase something goes wrong and it can be fixed right or replaced. And I even dislike more when something isn’t working right or properly the landlady says she will get to it and I don’t like that either. There is no reason why things can’t be fixed when she first says they will be fixed. it’s been three months since she said she will fix the dishwasher so it stays put and doesn’t go any father to the ground and you need to push it back in.
So maybe with this water thing maybe I will get the dishwasher fixed once and for all and my fridge doesn’t close as it should because I think the seal doesn’t work right and the door is a bit lower then the seal and the light comes on if the door isn’t pushed closed. And the Hight of one end of the fridge is lower then the other so that needs to be fixed. But the sad thing is that the companies that made these things are no longer selling the parts so there is no fixing them or no warrantees.

Onto something else....

Today I am going to get some more groceries and then we should be set for at least another week.
I actually prefer to shop for most of what I need on line but the things like my meat and vegetables and fruit I like to go to the physical store and see for myself of what there is and picking what I think is the best one and the perfect size. the hard thing about getting stuff on line is clothes because at least at the store you can try it on especially shoes.
Oh speaking of clothes that idiot place that I never did get my jacket from said they will give me back my money and the Walmart said they have already processed the refund. And the company asked not to have any more negative comments but it was too late for me because I had already told the BBB what issues I had. But every opportunity I get I will be bad mouthing them and just warning people not to get stuff from them. And their English is just horrible and if you don’t read what they say carefully then you could not understand and get confused.

Onto something else....
it looks like the plan for my son to come for dinner this Saturday is a go and I am looking forward to it. And I want to make a fake apple pie but the apples are real but the curst is a boxed curst because I just don’t have the knack for making pie crusts or any other crusts.
My favorite apple thing to make is apple crumble or apple crisp,
