He Came And Went in Help Me Please

I had a good visit with my son but he came really late and only stayed a few hours then went home. Hubby and I had New York steak and my son ate two hamburgers and French fries. The steak was on the rare side but it was still good. Then hubby watched foot ball and I am only guessing his team won. My son left with some kitchen toys and some food and some pj’s and I told him I want the containers and the bags returned.
I just wish he would have gotten here a lot earlier but he figures sleep is more important. But then he needs to go to sleep a lot earlier. I have tried to help him with that but to no avail. This is something he has to change.

Onto something else....

As soon as I wake up a bit more I am going to go for my walk up to the corner store that is up hill both ways. Then after that hubby should be awake and he will want his bacon and eggs and hash browns and juice. I am not much of a morning eater so now that I have changed my eating habits I don’t eat in the AM. And late in the afternoon I will have some fruit or yogurt. And tonight for dinner I am thinking something from the big freezer. And the usual fixings to go with it.

Onto something else.....

I have a feeling that this Covid and the variants will be around just like the flu and never go away and each year it will be something different and something much worse then the one before so people have to learn to live with it and get vaccinated just so they don’t end up dead. Because being dead is a thing that is guaranteed, Just like taxes. Even dead people have to do their taxes. I have heard so many reasons of why not to get the vaccine and none of them are based on science just stupidity. And all I can do is shake my head.
here is a question for you? What if you don’t get your vaccine and something like a really cool trip to Europe comes up with your best friend who has been vaccinated the chances of you getting to go is very slim because you have no proof that you have your vaccine and the same will go for some restaurants and some sports events and all of the government buildings like the post office. Even B.C.’s top doctor is thinking about making a mandate on if you are not vaccinated you will not be allowed in these places. And even schools will be mandated to have both vaccines or you can’t go to school. There is already one University here that said you need to be vaccinated if you want to take any form of biology. I think soon all universities will be following suit. What ever new rules come into law I am all for it because then I know everyone will feel safe being in the real world. And I think the masks will be a thing forever, just because of the unknown variants that are going to invade our bodies. The one thing I don’t like about all of this that it doesn’t care who it invades just like shingles. And it doesn’t matter if you have no issues and are young and healthy it will still get you and you will never be the same. Just ask a teenager how they feel now after they have had Covid and the variant and was in the ICU.
