Question? Why is it you always think the worst of yourself? I know I am always thinking about how fat I am and how I haven’t really accomplished much in my life and I think it’s too late to even start over so I try to do something everyday but even that darn procrastination gets in the way for no good reason. And then tomorrow comes and I have already forgotten but I do remember how I feel about myself.
Today I woke up thinking just how long I have to loose this weight before I get too old to really care. But I can tell I am loosing some weight because my underwear is starting to fit like it once did.
I think the perception of you is what you think of you not anyone else because they don’t see much except for what they see. I would love to see someone’s insides just so I can see the true them but that will never happen. I also wish I could see the indies of me and not what I am feeling. Maybe one day science will let us do that?
But the attitude we have for ourselves is what gets us to be the perfect people we want to be and to be the best we can be. I know people who always say they can’t do this or that but the truth is they can but won’t even try. Especially those with disabilities won’t try once they get to a point they just give up and that is so sad. I mean look at Stephen Hawking He got his medical issue when he was about 21 and he became a great person and did accomplish everything he wanted to despite his disability. I really admired Stephen hawking because he had the attitude that he can do anything and he did. So if he can why can’t you?
The one thing I do know as a fact is that whatever you think it is that is stopping you that isn’t what it is. But then I guess you never did ask why? I know whenever I didn’t get that job or that grade in school was because I either didn’t study or apply myself and I was also not qualified for that job and it was always going back to my education. I was actually very lucky to graduate even though it was by the skin of my teeth but then looking for a job was hell and the jobs I did get never did pay that much so I was always considered the working poor.
I also learned that there is no sense in working in a field that you are not good at or don’t have enough education for because you will never get to where you want to be on that ladder and the chances of you being let go is pretty good.
Onto something else....
Hubby stayed home yesterday and told his boss that his arm was worse then the day before. but the thing is that it’s always stiffer from the time he wakes up till he gets started with his day so he just has to remember that. And I finally know what he has…he has Calcification on the right rotator cup tendon so he just has to wait for another week and a half or so and then go back to the doctor and see if it’s healed or if they need to do other things like blast the calcium. Much like they do with the kidney stones.
But to see him in discomfort and pain is not a good thing. I hate to see him suffer like this. But his attitude is really good because he doesn’t complain much and he just does what he can and the rest just has to wait. or I will do it.
Hopefully today he won’t be as sore and will go to work I think he misses his buddies and all the joking around they do.
Onto something else....
Well I need to start my day so I will stop here.
Be Kind, Be Calm, Be Safe, and Behave.
