Garbage can in Vastly Intricate.

I want you to imagine a garbage can. You know, one of those little ones beside your desk or maybe one in your kitchen underneath the sink? Got it? Perfect.
Imagine you wake up in the morning and as soon as your feet hit the floor.. STRESS. Someone unintentionally begins a conversation that leaves you feeling a bit of anxiety. Got it? In your mind, write that down on a piece of paper and throw it in the trash can.
Early afternoon. Imagine something else happens that is beyond your control.. another conversation or a situation.. STRESS. Write that on another piece of paper and throw in the trash can.
Minor inconveniences throughout the day. Slow drivers.. spam calls.. a headache.. any little things that would irritate you.. STRESS. Got it? Write those on separate pieces of paper and put in the trash can.
By night time, your garbage can is getting pretty full, right? It’s almost at the point of overflowing. One more piece of paper and there’s going to be a mess.
Night time. That one last thing.. no matter how big or how little.. STRESS. That one last piece of paper that causes the entire garbage can to overflow and make a mess in the floor..
That’s where I’m at today. I filled my garbage can up enough and I didn’t empty it before it overflowed. That last piece of paper is all it took to bring tears to my eyes. It’s been a rough day.
But there’s always tomorrow, right?
