Where Is My Mind? in Hello

Don’t exactly know if I slept today. Called the boss around eleven AM to let him know insomnia took hold of me and I wouldn’t be making it in for OT day.

Mom called out due to pain. Ended up driving her to the walk-in clinic I discovered. She got a shot and a doc’s note. I got them to copy one for her “records” but in truth it’s proof that I had a reason to miss the eight hours today. After, I treated us both to Olive Garden. We’ve been there only a handful of times yet each time we’ve gotten great service and the food is always good. Today I tried the ziti. Mmm mmm mmm!

From there we hit the vape shop then grocery store. She needed to pick up something for dinner and I needed to refill my Paxil ‘script. After we came back home, she crashed hard on her sofa and I attempted to sleep while watching Dark Side of the 90’s then Se7en on Vice. Yeah…I didn’t sleep.

As the night progressed my actions and behavior slipped into delirium and everything was funny. I kept whistling classical tunes only to switch to meowing said tunes. Making jokes that only I found funny.

Don’t judge me.

Anyways, had a nice bone-in ribeye dinner while listening to the thunderstorm outside and fading in and out of the TV.

It’s past midnight now…I am tired. But…I’m not ready for sleep?

Bring on the hallucinations, dude!
Maybe a sleeping pill or two…
