Face Book in Help Me Please

Does anyone know why the list of your games and groups and another things that are on the left side of your page sometimes disappears? I have had this happen to me a few times now and getting a response is impossible because the support people don’t seem to care about the people using their site. But they are real quick to tell you if you don’t stop saying you will do horrible crimes they will tell you it’s not their guidelines and will ban you and put you in face book jail.
Does anyone know how I can get my list so I can play my games? I have noticed that they eventually do come back and re appear but I would like to know if there is a faster way I can get them back?
