I found a pressure washer for $80. I got half the trailer washed before it got too hot outside to do any more.

I finished reading “The Machiavellians” by James Burnham and “The Righteous Mind” by Jonathan Haidt.

June expenses: Food $110, transportation $0.

Yesterday I got up early enough to drink my three cups of coffee and then I got on the scooter. It was already ninety degrees. I dropped off the last two books at the library. I was at the bank a few minutes before they opened the doors. I closed the last of the joint accounts I’d had with Mom. No more Wells Fargo! I went to Dollar General and found the three items I had on my list. The last stop was the pot shop. I found, with the help of a lovely young gal, two new strains to try, an Indica at 13% and a Sativa at 21%. I bought an eighth of each. I still have a bit of the quarter I bought four-and-a-half months ago. I was back home by 10am.

The scooter now has 164 miles on it. I’ve only charged it from 50% to 100% three times so far. A few more miles and it will be charged for the fourth time.

All the money I’ve received from Mom’s estate I’ve put into my credit union savings account. And there it will sit until I figure out what is next. I’ve got ideas for the future, but I’m in no hurry.

At the top of the ideas list would be my backpack and the debit card and a good long walkabout. The rest of the ideas list gets more complicated as it goes down.

In the meantime I’ll sit here and start on the next book.

It looks like the US gets to add two more wars to the long list of wars lost.

Yeah, team!
