The nicotine withdrawal wasn’t as bad tonight. No irritation or aggressive behaviors or thoughts. I just wanted one after food or during boredom. Just because the worst of it is over, there is still another day or two shaking off the ill effects. Till it’s all over I’ll continue to stuff sticks of gum in my maw and keep chewing.

I’m physically beat. My left bicep hurts like hell. Managed to pull that muscle last night during the scrape ‘n’ clean fiesta. The super wanted us to finish up a few cleaning items tonight and left early. HIS BOSS told us fuck no. Do our regular thing. We’re here to run production, not stop for hours at a time (completely ceasing production) for this task. Last thing I want is the office boss coming around asking why our numbers are low.

Gonna try to rest. Insomnia has been bad this week.
