Ailing in At the foot of the hill

For the last couple of weeks, my "IBS" has been ruling my life. A new twist, if you will, has been severe pain in my upper right quadrant. Coincidentally, I already had an appointment with GI doc for yesterday to prep for routine colonoscopy. (I had some polyps removed about 15 years ago, so they like to look in there every five years or so...) I told her about the pain and asked if it might be gallbladder. She agreed it looked likely and now I'm scheduled for an ultrasound next week...the colonoscopy is on hold.

I hate it when I'm sick and the weather is getting nice. I need to be out walking around the lake and looking for wild flowers.
