Litter day one and two in Bittersweet

We have babies again!

These are Harli./Harli paring. with two heavily marked harlis ( mostly black) and two either rew or fawn. Leaning white.

this morning

there were 8 total and we lost 4. So 4 healthy babies! Too bad we lost 2 harlis, a black and im not sure what the other color was. But fingers crossed for these two harlis.

Angry mom checking her nest angrily because i touched them. ive taken to wearing hte leather gloves in the picture above when i grab babies, because she is a ferocious mama! She bit me through the gloves and bruised me. I however am not angry, its not aggression so much as protection.

So yay babies! Cant wait. Ill be breeding this spring.
