My Psionic Intuition is a Claircognizance, NOT a Clairsentience in General Mental Anesthesia

But you knew that already, right?
In fact, it was your own extrasensory perception that brought you here, but I knew that (or was it you who knew that?) Perhaps it was the silly ten dollar words in the title. That’s $30 if you’re keeping tabs, and YES, I accept donations.
I don’t enjoy my posts on here; it’s been a one-sided downward spiral about my ever failing health. I truly wish to write on other topics, but it’s all consuming. plus, I do it to keep a paper trail, and so I’ll remember specific events. I do have new medical things to post, but I’m going to hold off for now and entertain you if you’ll let me.
I hope this entry becomes interactive, leave comments, share stories if you’re so inclined.
We’re all psychic. It’s all within us, but for most people, it goes unnoticed the majority of the time. They don’t focus on it, think about it, care about or have to deal with it.
To those who don’t believe, this next paragraph is for you.
Psychic energy isn’t just talking with the dead or predicting the future, it’s vast. Ever have a song stuck in your head? You haven’t heard this song in a long time, but it’s in there, just out of the blue. Later that day, you get in the car, turn on the radio, and that exact song you were thinking of just so happens to be playing? That’s a part of psychic phenomena.
Welcome to my world.
I’ve never said I was a psychic, and I never will. I am what’s known as a ‘Sensitive‘ and I do NOT like it!!!
I can break that down into two parts:
-
In psychological terms, I am an HSP (Highly Sensitive Person). I’d be willing to bet that most if not all of you reading this are too. See this link: SIGNS OF A HIGHLY SENSITIVE PERSON
-
In para-psychological terms: It’s less clearly defined. I have traits of an empath, but generally speaking, I sense energy. Energy in a room; energy from others. I know immediately upon meeting someone if I can be friends with them or if I should keep my distance. I can read people like a book and it takes me seconds to do it.
This is not the part that I mind, in fact, I love it.
It’s the paranormal side of the equation. I’ve been a long time paranormal investigator, many, many years before any of these shows existed. I’m an og, lol. I didn’t choose to be, it chose me. I’ve always been drawn to it, inexplicably.
I’m not a Medium (I don’t directly talk to the dead) but I know they are there. I can feel them. I can sense them looking at me… ALL THE FUCKING TIME!!!! I guess you could say, I’m haunted.
This, I can do without. Yes, I have seen apparitions, heard them, but that’s rare. What is common, what is non-stop is feeling their presence. It’s like being surrounded by emptiness pulling at you. I have to subconsciously fight it off to try and ignore it. It’s taken me a lifetime to learn how, and it is not easy and very tiresome. I don’t hear voices or anything, but… think of it this way. You’re in a black room, it’s gigantic, the size of a football field. You can’t see your hand in front of your face, there are no shadows. Off in the distance, there is a light. What do you do? You go to the light. Well, the dead are you, the world that they are in is the black emptiness and I… am the light. A beacon that they are drawn to. It’s like they know that I am a vessel in which they can communicate with. Unless I initiate it, I don’t want to be aware, especially in my everyday life, but it’s just who I am.
I do things to protect myself, I sage, I wear a tetragrammaton (which in layman terms is the 4 letter Hebrew biblical name of G-D). It is often represented with a Pentagram (not to be confused with the inverted version a ‘pentacle’ which is negative, like the difference between a cross and an upside down one.
The pentagram, a five-pointed star, is sacred geometry and a protective symbol used by various spiritual traditions throughout time. To the Pythagoreans, it represented mathematical perfection. In medieval Christian times, it represented the five wounds of Christ and the five senses, and was incorporated into the motifs of churches as a ward against evil.
This isn’t what I want to focus on though. Let’s get back to psychic energy.
I’ve had many experiences throughout the years, but only a handful stick out. I’ll talk about 2.
When I was 14, I was just a normal kid (insert normal joke here) and I was in a play “Our Town”. Rehearsals had just started and we were doing a table read. Out of nowhere, I started to get real dizzy, the palms of my hands were sweaty, I was confused and disoriented and had terrible chest pains. I had an image in my head of my grandfather. I had no idea what was going on, but I left early and raced home (no cell phones back then). I called my mom at work and told her what happened, I said: “Mom, I think you should call Bubbie (grandmother) and check in.” My mom said: “Everything’s fine, I would’ve gotten a call if something happened”. I said: “Mom, please, just call.”
My mom called, and my grandmother had just finished giving cpr to my grandfather (reviving him) who had just had a heart attack and was currently being rushed to the hospital.
.
Fast forward a few days. The EXACT same thing happened to me, dizzy, confused, chest pains, sweaty palms, and images of my grandfather. Again, I called my mom at work. I said: “Something is going on, something is wrong with Papa”. My mom tried to reassure me. “He’s ok, he’s in the hospital”. I said: “No, something is wrong!”. My mom called and my grandfather had a second heart attack just minutes before.
He survived it and lived many more years.
Something THAT powerful rarely happens to me, but it did JUST happen, only this time in a much less serious way.
My mom had taken me to the pharmacy to pick up a medication that wasn’t ready earlier in the day when we were there. We go to the drive through window. I hand over a $20.00 bill for a medication that was only $3.00.
While we’re waiting, I had a feeling that I wasn’t going to get the proper change back. I don’t know why, but it was strong, like unquestionable, I could have guaranteed it.
I said to my mom: “Don’t leave until I make sure I have the correct amount of change”.
Now, I know that makes sense, but I normally wouldn’t say that, trusting that I’d get the right amount of change. In fact, I’ve NEVER stayed there after a transaction to check my change, and it was never necessary.
When she comes back to the window to give me my medication and change, I check it. There’s only $2.00 in there. I was missing $15.00.
I don’t know how I knew, I can’t explain it, but I knew. I pointed it out to her, she apologized and gave me the rest.
I like moments like that, maybe it’s because it makes me feel strong when daily (because of my failing health) I feel so weak, I don’t know, but in that moment, I felt rather powerful. It’s a cool feeling.
I’m currently being fitted for a cape. ;)
lol, I wish! I’d totally wear one though!
Please, feel free to share your experiences, I’d love to hear them.
