Placebo in Current Events

Well, according to Time magazine the vaccine doesn’t even prevent infection just the symptoms. Can you even call it a vaccine? Their study was a joke. They gave 40 thousand people the vaccine or a placebo and then sent them home. Told them to call back if they ever experience symptoms. The majority of those who called back took the placebo and that’s how they determined it is effective. The headlines for these vaccines do not even say what they’re effective at. This is not going to stop the spread. If it helps put things back to normal that would be nice but it’s not going to do that. This will not stop the casedemic. Our politicians are still pretending that they don’t know that we do not need to have COVID to test positive for it. It’s only right about 10% of the time because the PCR was not designed to determine infection.
