I start work tomorrow. Im pretty excited. I just spoke to my manager who has the same name as my husband. Yeah thats weird lol. I got off the phone and asked hubby if he is secretly managing Farm Store haha. He stuck his tongue out at me. Yes we are great big 9 year olds too.

Anyway Manager A told me to wear my comfy pants, bring snacks and drinks because im working on a computer all day ( for the first two days, then two days of cashier training before they put me in my department) Im hoping its as laid back as it seems. I get along with most everyone so im really hoping i dont rub someone wrong lol. We need money for bills and Christmas lol. And is miserable to work with someone who dosent like you. Ive done that at my last job 13 years ago.

I gotta be at work at 9 am. Which is UGH lame lol. Cant i have an afternoon shift? Please? I like to sleep till 10. But i guess ill just adjust. Probably not. Ill probably still be on my phone playing games for my me time at 1 am all the same. Insomnia is real man.

Its really going to cut into my me time for sure. Im going to work for 6-8 hours a day. Then come home and help with school. I gave the husband a walk through on the school program and said if he has trouble just leave the assignment submitting to me. Or have one of the older boys help him lol. He literally works for an hour or two a day so its not going to cut into his work time. And the little girl only has an hour or so of school work which you can spread out. Then help L with his stuff. Ch is doing amazing. But he has to stay on top of Co and B. They are slacking off and the semester ends in a month. Anyway, hes just not used to parenting like this. Hes used to being the dad and being over there doing dad things.... Now he has to stay front and center. He cant hide in the bathroom for an hour, or take himself to the store. Because hes got to keep an eye on the kids. He thinks my part has been so easy and in many ways it is now that the youngest is 6. But hes got to manage the chores, school, dinner. His work is easy as far as what he does. And he spends one day a week in the city. So that day the kids will do nothing.

I sometimes feel like being gone for 8 hours a day, working on my feet is not going to be worth the meager 1200 a month its going to bring home. But that is our food budget. Or our car payments. Its going to be Christmas. So it is worth it. Plus i get to be around people. Thats good for me lol.

Im going to miss out on a lot off my craft time, and painting time too lol. Because after the kids needs, i prob wont have a lot of time left. Im just going to hope ill still have time for me too. Another nice thing about the kids being a bit older. Is that they dont need me full time. Who knows, maybe they will want me more often ? lol. I dont know. I like having free time too.. None of us are used to this. Ive never left them except when Ive photographed a wedding or a birth. And thats just a day. Then im hnome. So adjustments for us all.

Its going to be good though. Dont think its not. The only thing that im worried about is my bad foot.
