Craving... in Flash

I've been thinking about cravings lately. There was a table full of individually wrapped KwikStar muffins by the checkout the other day. KwikStar has their own bakery and they make luscious muffins in a whole range of flavors. They were seventy nine cents.

I told the checkout person that it had been a year since I'd had sugar or wheat. Without missing a beat, she said, "And I bet you feel really good, don't you?"

I pretty much had to agree with her.

I've also been imagining the taste and feel of a really cold diet Pepsi in my mouth. It's been more than a year since I've had one of them. They come from vending machines and it's been a year since I've patronized a vending machine.

I am so virtuous I can hardly stand it.
