Uh oh! There was enough lull between getting today’s work done and leaving for my busy evening that I caught the sad. Shit. I hate that. I have so much to do tonight. Cleaning and laundry and do g walking and mowing and just… push through. Push through the sad. It is only here because you’re thinking about things that feel out of reach. Take care of the things that ARE in reach. Focus on that. And whatever happens with the other things? We’ll find out!

Focus on the blow job.

Are you getting enough omega-3 fatty acids?
Park Row Fallout Thalia ⋅ September 28, 2020
Probably not. My diet and sunlight and all of that are way off

I'd suggest a good multivitamin. Omega-3s are good for depression, as is Vitamin D (and my doc says everyone in WI, at least, should be taking 1000mg of D between Sept. and June). Maybe a light therapy lamp in the morning. I have one at work. If I weren't sharing a bed with a grumpy-butt, I'd get one of those alarm clocks that has a light on it. I might anyway!
I apologize for the solutioneering... it's just going to suck for a while still, and the attitude of "I'll just push through" doesn't really work at least for me, so these are some things that have helped me.

Genuinely appreciate suggestions. There's a joke out there that says, "I can't wait for my Quarantine Depression to meet my Seasonal Depression" and... I feel that. But more "I can't wait for my Divorce Sads to meet my Political Anxiety, whose already dating my Job Stress. Maybe they'll be friends with my Seasonal Depression!!"
