I decided that proper sleep, relaxation, and a fresh mind would be the best preparation for trials set tomorrow, so I told the office I was working from home today. This also provides me with the opportunity to not have to rush out of the office for my eye appointment that had to be rescheduled to today. Ironically, I was better about doing actual work today than I had been at the office. Responding intelligently and professionally to emails quickly. So listening to my body was a good idea.

Hopefully it all works out. After eye exam, I’m going to try to get my back up glasses updated, nuy new shoes, and find replacement laces for the (yes, three) pairs of shoes I have with torn, damaged, unusable laces. Then walk the dog and finish cleaning the kitchen. And an early rise tomorrow because I REALLY want to win my horse case!!

That said… I am still perturbed and upset that the Magistrate hasn’t ruled on the fireworks case yet. I mean… get on it or trials will start backing up again.
