I was cleaning the bathtub today and it was so freaking hard - plus I got damn doors instead of a shower curtain so that is annoying too but it’s just hard to bend and crouch and whatever else with this belly!
Imagine cleaning the bathtub at your heaviest pregnant - it’s a freaking work out for me.
And I was just thinking about all those non scale victories I’m about to have once this belly is gone. So much of my daily routine is just gonna be SO MUCH EASIER.
I’m so ready for this reset. This tummy reset. A lot of people call it a reset. Cause it’s the closest to going backwards in time to when you were skinnier that you can get.
Plenty of people prob go through old pictures and think - I was so skinny then I wish I could go back! Well you can’t BUT with this surgery your tummy can be “reset” to a healthier size to make You a healthier size.
I also was thinking to myself about how I’ve never been a “healthy adult”.
I was 150lbs at 11. I wasn’t even 5ft at that time.
I was 200lbs by the time I was 18.
I’m 5‘4” now. I dunno when I reached full height but the point is that I was at my “healthy adult” weight before I was a pre teen. I’ve never experienced life at a healthy weight.
And I may never - cause like I’ve said before, I think I’d be happy at 175. AND my sis who is the same height and did get down to 145 said that she felt “too skinny and boney” at that weight and is happier at 155. So I don’t know if I’ll Ever be text book healthy - it’s just something I’ve never experienced that most people have.
