You think about it and it works out better than planned. When I give people the journal I hope , I think they will get it and it never happens. Sometimes I dont think they even read it or care about the raw emotions in these entries. The only place I feel like I can show everything thr people who matter most never get it a lot of the time or the ones I hate so bitterly never get to feel the same pain or agony
