i took some immodium last night. well. i took 2 immodium. cause ‘some’ implies. a lot like ‘some people like to read’ kindof thing. and i took it cause. of well. digestive issues. um. i felt better after less tired. i haven’t been in severe pain. from that just. uncomfortable.
so in my last entry. i talked about the csf leak. like obviously i know it happened when i hit my head but like how exactly? ok well........ my dura matter had an. opening in it. right ok.........so the membranes were damaged. ok...........so. cs fluid actually. originates from blood plasma. oh. interesting. which is of course. in the blood. oh.............ok i think i’m starting to get it. oversimplyfying. so when oh so when that’s damaged. then. the brain is at risk. and. ok so. yeah. i’m guessing.............the dura matter. is somewhat next to the blood vessels. and. so there were 2 things going on. ok.
god can i circle-talk.
right so on. fri. i think it was when i was about to go to sleep. i had this somewhat bad headache. only. it was more of a skull ache, if that makes sense? and my skull felt fragile. it was on the left side near the top. then i went to sleep. omygod. so t here might be. veins in the dura matter. ok.
so when the veins tear. the blood well. it becomes a blanket. that covers the brain or part of it. depending on the kindof hemotema and where. which. irritaes the brain cells. apparently according to an article from npr. org. huh. interesting.
oh. so the cs fluid also. surrounds the brain w/ nutrients.
huh. so bleeding above, the dura mater. mater, not matter. oh mater like mother. matriarch. i get it. anyway. is known as. epidural. like an epidural. well. in a way.............indirectly. as right before the needle is above, the skin. wait but then there’s also hypodermic so nvrm. apparently. a subdural. thingy takes longer to uh. form. er accumlate [collect] inside the skull. wait but that contradicts. the thing i’ve already learned. about that. ..................
oh. so the spinal cord. is actually in. an opening. like a hallway type thing [well. not a literal one of course] that. connects it to. the brain. ok.
ok now onto. coup-countrecoup. it’s caused by a blow to the head. right like when i hit my temple. so ok during this. the brain and the um. skull go at the same rate same speed. ok. so. my brain first hit one side, the left. the coup part. and then the other, countrecoup. from what i understand. but isn’t that the same as a concussion? or? i’ll look it up.
