Still polishing that interface a bit... in Site Updates

A couple of small updates worth mentioning...

• Assuming you are using a modern device with Javascript enabled, it shouldn't be possible to double-post the same comment by clicking the button multiple times before the page reloads.

• I'm currently looking at adding the side menu to additional screens besides the main screen as I clean things up a bit more. On small devices, the menu will disappear (would be a pain to scroll past the menu on every single page), but on larger displays the menu will be there on the left. A current example is the Browse User/Search user screen (recently updated).
