I watched Hamilton today and I’m in love. It also made me sad because when I was younger, I wanted to be a Broadway performer or in movie musicals.

I’ve finally moisturized my crunchy hair.

I made some gluten free buns that basically look like biscuits. The yeast didn’t make it “rise” but I do believe that if I make it bread style this will work out better.

My son went to the doctor. The clinic doesn’t even have a lab or person to take blood. Now my son, were he to ride the bus, would have to catch 3 buses and ride nearly an hour to get blood drawn, which takes all of 10 minutes. I told him to call the lab since he has another appointment next month.

I’ve been doing good cooking. I made vegan crumble tacos, I’ve made vegan sausage pasta. I made a gluten free cauliflower crust. THAT was really good. I think when I make more bread, I’m going to add the cauliflower to it. It held up great. Can’t really handle it because it’s really wet. I made plant based burgers tonight. It was good. I seasoned it really well and put liquid smoke in it. I was impressed.

One if the members of our church died of COVID-19. It had been about…how long has it been since Father’s Day? I think maybe a week before or a week after, she was diagnosed. She had been in the hospital this entire time. Her twin sister use to teach my cousin in elementary school. Praying for their comfort. She and her sister are faithful members. She will be missed.

I think I broke out in some kind of rash from eating mango. I washed it and peeled it and ate it like that. Now my top lip skin feels all scaly. Right at the space between where the dry outside meets the inside of my lip. It doesn’t itch but when I rub my lips together it feels bumpy. You can’t tell looking at it, but it feels weird. The corners of my top lip is weird.

My son brought me some cookies home so I would stop trying to eat his cupcakes in the fridge. He is horrible. Lol

I’m sick of people that visit my work.

Other than that, I’m wonderful. God is Good.

Take care of yourself.

Kindest regards,
Sister
