so. this is sort of gross. sorry. so. i now have cfs leak. it stands for cerebral spinal fluid. it’s like a runny nose, only outside of one side. and it’s. watery. and clear. sorry i know TMI. the cfs leak isn’t harmful itself. but it’s a symptom of well. something that is. for many people it’s constant only mine isn’t. another symptom. is a headache that goes away, or gets better when lying down. yep.
um. so i have hypaxia. so i have to actually. concsioussly force myself to breathe. and i cough a lot more then usual. [well. not that i’m someone who coughs a lot so. some are.]. which. is perfectly natural. but it can make it worse. dear god if this isn’t a sign i hit my brain stem.
so last wk. even if the van had, slowed down. that doesn’t mean i wouldn’t, have fallen. er fell. no ‘fallen’ is correct. there’s no telling. it’s weird: when i remember it. it’s like. i’m outside of myself looking at myself. it’s like i remember it in the past. [well. that was the past. the recent past.]. no i mean yrs. in the past. i remember the driver............but then. the color of his shirt keeps changing. or maybe i’m misremembering. i didn’t get the LPN license plate number. [well no as i was looking at the side, of the van.]. i don’t know. apparently. according to my friend Mark. it’s the driver’s responsibility to stop. no i was crossing the st. and felt like i was going to pass out and reached for the nearest object i could. the van. only. since it was going faster, then i was. i couldn’t reach the handles. on the side door. it’s not. i was walking and then the van came and. yeah.
so no. i did not bruise my kidney recently. thank god. just have a pulled muscle. not that that’s good either.
no advice thank you.
