well. i feel somewhat awful. in 2007: March 1: transferred fom FOD

so. i woke up w/ a headache of course. an awful one. [well they’re never good. but some are mild] it lasted 2 hrs. about. i. um it wasn’t the worst one i’ve had but it was up there.
and since. i’ve had the weird pain thing. the pan + nauseau thing.
so. i did something stupid last night. which is why i’d mentioned in my. um last entry that i was ‘fuked up’ while typing it. it has to do w/ sub. abuse. i’d really rather not detail. it was going to happen anyway. cause i’m weird and compulsive. and no it wasn’t drinking. cause i’m open about that. on here. just not always what, drinks i’ve consumed. but anyway.
